How to connect to Mailmojo

Go to Tools > Newsletter in the control panel.
Select Connect to Mailmojo.
Follow the guide to log in or create a Mailmojo account.
Once the connection is complete, you will get access to Mailmojo's portal directly from Acendy.

💡 Tip: If you already have a MailMojo account, you can use existing login information.

Mailmojo in Personalized Shopping

If you have activated Personalized Shopping, you can connect Mailmojo directly to newsletter popup forms:

Go to Extensions AI > Personalized Shopping in your Acendy control panel.
Go to Extensions in the left menu.
Find Mailmojo in the list and click Install
Follow the guide to select which list sign-ups should be added to. New sign-ups from popup forms are automatically sent to the selected list in Mailmojo.

Note: You must have a valid Mailmojo subscription to use the integration.

If you have set up a customer club in Acendy, you can send newsletters to the members via Mailmojo.

Automatic transfer

If you have activated integration with Mailmojo, all customers who join the customer club will automatically be added to the selected newsletter list in Mailmojo.

If a customer unsubscribes from newsletters, this is automatically updated in Acendy.

Manual transfer

If you have not activated automatic integration:

Go to Orders/Customers > Customers
Click on Newsletter recipients
Export the member list.

We recommend creating a separate list in Mailmojo for customer club members, so you can easily send targeted mailings.
