Pay With Card

This article explains how to accept card payments in Acendy, including standard card payments and split payments.

How to Accept Card Payments

1. Press the card payment button.
2. The customer taps, uses the chip, or swipes the card.
3. The payment is completed, and a receipt can be printed.

Split Payment

If a customer wants to split the payment between multiple bank cards or pay partially with Vipps, you can enable split payments via Main Menu > Settings > Payment > Allow Split Payment.

If the customer wants to split the payment between cash and a bank card or a gift card/credit note and a bank card, you do not need to enable split payment. It is sufficient to first select cash (or gift card/credit note) and then select a card for the remaining amount.
