Instagram Image Feed

Configure extensions by going to Apps > Your extensions

This article explains how to integrate an Instagram feed into your Acendy store using Elfsight's Instagram feed widget. This allows for extensive customization of the feed's design and layout.

Create Widget

  1. Go to Elfsight's Instagram widget.
  2. Click "Create widget for free".
  3. Set up the widget according to Elfsight's instructions.
  4. Once the widget is set up, you will get an Embed code snippet to use for the integration.

Add to Store

The way to add the feed depends on the design you are using. Follow the steps below for installation.

America, Europa etc.

Supported Templates

  • America
  • Europa
  • Tokyo

Are you using the new design builder? See the setup guide below.

Stores using the previous generation template system can follow the steps below:

Go to Extensions > Your extensions.

Find, or search for, Elfsight.

Activate the integration.

Once the integration is activated, click on the gear icon.

Paste the code snippet you got from Elfsight. You only need to paste the bottom part of the code snippet, which starts with <div> and ends with </div>.

Double Instagram Title?

If your store had the previous Instagram integration added, you may still see the old title on the front page.
Follow the steps below to remove this:

  • Go to Configuration > General

  • Search for «Instagram»

  • Set the setting to “No”

This will remove the old title. You can add, remove or change the title for the new feed directly in Elfsight.

Design Builder

Stores using the new template system through the design builder must add the feed in a slightly different way. This is because you can choose where to place it in the store.

Go to Extensions > Your extensions.

Find, or search for, Elfsight.

Activate the integration.

After the integration is activated, you must add the marked part of the code snippet in the design builder.

Open the design builder.

Add a new "Column" section.

In the column, add the "Integration" block.

Open the block and paste the code snippet from Elfsight.

You do not need to paste the code snippet that begins and ends with <script>.
