Package products

This article explains how to create and manage package products in Acendy, allowing you to bundle products together and offer them as a single item.

Create a product bundle

In the product overview, you will find a new button for package products.

Click on +PACKAGE to get started.

2: Give the package product a name and select which category it should be placed in.

Add products

Once you have named the package product, you can add products to it. If you know the name of the product, you can easily search for it, or you can browse your categories to find the product you want.

Select the products you want to add.
Add product description and images.

Set price

Price your package.

Faq

Can you sell package products with products that have different vat?

Since the package product does not have its own vat and follows the vat rules of the products that are added, there are no problems with creating a package product that contains products with different vat classes, e.g. protein powder with 15% vat and a drinking bottle with 25% vat.

Obs!

Package products cannot be combined with the campaign center. The reason is that product packages in themselves are a "campaign" where you put in a discount on a package product, and will not work in the campaign center.
