This article explains how to integrate the customer club with Personalized Shopping to send welcome emails and offer discount codes to new members.

Popup to Landing Page

With Personalized Shopping, you can quickly create a popup that directs customers to the landing page with information about the customer club. Follow these steps:

Navigate to Apps/Settings > Ai - Personalized Shopping.

Open "Popups" and click the plus sign in the lower right corner.

Select a popup type such as "Promotions".

Determine where the popup should appear.

For example, select "Normal popup" to display it to all customers in the online store.

Choose a template that fits.

Customize as needed to create a unique and appealing popup.

Design the popup and enter the link to the customer club's landing page.

Save the popup and test it in your online store.

E-mail with Discount Code to New Members

Automatically send a welcome email to new members with all the necessary information and any discount code. Follow these steps to set up this process:

Create the specific discount code to be used.

See the video below for guidance on how to create and integrate the discount code into the email via Personalized Shopping.

Create the email to be sent:

Go to Flow > E-mail > Overview and click the plus sign in the upper right corner.

Select a template, create the email with the desired text, and save it with a suitable name.
Note! The name you give becomes the title of the email.

Create the flow to send the email to new members:

The trigger should be "Became a member of the customer club". Follow the guide to set up the flow.

Tip!

Add conditions to avoid repeated discount codes to the same customer by using "The customer has been in this flow" and specify the desired time limit.
