Get started with Porterbuddy by reading this guide.

Getting Started

To get started, you need an agreement with Porterbuddy and a way to print shipping labels. An agreement with Porterbuddy can be ordered here:

Once the agreement is in place, install the "Porterbuddy" shipping method in your Acendy control panel.

Display in the Online Store

In the online store, Porterbuddy will be displayed as a shipping method in the checkout. The shipping method allows the customer to choose a delivery window of 2 hours. The customer pays for the order as normal.

You will see when the customer has chosen delivery and when the order is picked up by Porterbuddy on the order in the control panel.

Order Processing

In order processing, you get a new field with information when the package is picked up from you and when it is to be delivered to the customer. You will also have the opportunity to print a shipping label, as well as go to your Porterbuddy portal for administration of the shipping assignment.
