Receive Payment for Quotes with Vipps

You can send payment requests to the customer via Vipps. This is done by selecting Vipps as the payment method on the quote, and then sending the Vipps request to the customer via order processing once the quote is approved.

Taking Payment with Vipps

To take payment with Vipps, the quote must first be accepted and transferred to an order. From the new order, you can select "I want to send a payment request". Make sure the customer's phone number and the price of the order are correct before clicking "Send to Customer".

Time limit on Vipps payment

If the customer does not accept the Vipps request within 8 minutes, the process is stopped and you must send a new request to get paid.
