How to complete sales in POS

Sales with a scanner

Here's how to complete a sale using a scanner:

1. Scan the product's barcode.
2. The item is automatically added to the shopping cart.
3. Select the payment method.
4. The customer pays, and a receipt can be printed.

Sales via product search

To sell via product search, follow these steps:

1. Click the search icon at the top of the app.
2. Search for the product.
3. Tap the desired product. If the product has variations, these will be displayed first.
4. The item is added to the shopping cart.
5. Select the payment method.
6. The customer pays, and a receipt can be printed.

Sales via category navigation

Alternatively, you can navigate through categories:

1. Navigate to the desired category.
2. Tap the desired product. If the product has variations, these will be displayed first.
3. The item is added to the shopping cart.
4. Select the payment method.
5. The customer pays, and a receipt can be printed.

How to Give a Discount

Discount on a product

1. Add the product to the shopping cart.
2. Tap the product line (the product).
3. In the new box that appears, you can choose to set a discount in percent or kroner.
4. Enter the desired discount and press the save button to continue or complete the order.

1. Add the products to the shopping cart.
2. Tap the percentage button above the product lines.
3. Enter the discount in percent.
4. Press save to continue/complete the order.

1. Tap the product line (the product) you want to remove from the shopping cart.
2. Tap "Remove product".

How to Park a Sale

Park a sale

To park a sale, follow these steps:

1. Once the products are in the shopping cart, tap "More options".
2. Tap "Put on hold".
3. The order will now appear at the top of the app, next to the terminal icon, marked with a P icon.
4. Tap the P icon at the top of the app to see all parked orders.
5. Tap the arrow button to retrieve a parked order.
