Customer Representative
The customer representative extension allows you to assign an employee as a customer representative for a specific customer. You can set a customer representative on the customer card or per order. It is also possible to filter by customer representative in both the customer overview and the order filter.
Activation
The extension is available for all who use the "Advanced reseller solution" and you can activate it yourself under "Apps > Settings".
Usage
Customer Card
On the customer card, under Other, you can set the customer representative.
Remember to save the customer card after the change.
Order
The customer representative is automatically added to new orders if a customer representative is set on the customer card.
This can be changed for each individual order if desired.
If the store wants to change the customer representative permanently, it must be done from the customer side.
If an order is placed by a customer without a sales representative, the drop-down menu will be empty. It can be updated for each order.
Order Filter
In the order filter (Manage orders > Filter) you can use the customer representative as a criterion when filtering.
This will only show orders that have the selected customer representative set.
Customer Overview
Filter
In the customer overview, under + Filter, you can select "Customer representative". The overview will then only show customers who have selected a customer representative on their customer card.
The filter for customer representative can of course be combined with other filters.
Column Display
If you want to see the customer representative in the overview, this can be selected under Display
