Views

Views allow you to customize and save the product overview. It lets users create a product selection with customized columns and save it as a view for later use.

Standard View

By default, there are two views: "All products" and "All products by manufacturer."

These two views are locked and cannot be overwritten.

Create custom views tailored to your specific needs. This article explains how to create and update custom views.

Create new view

The easiest way to start is with the "All products" view. Then, filter to find the products you want using filters and search.

Customize columns

Once you have set up the product view as you want, create a new view by clicking the "Save" button on the left in the "FilterBar".

In the window that now opens, you have two choices. You can either choose to overwrite one of the existing views or create a completely new view:

Note! You can only overwrite existing views that you have created yourself.
That is, your user cannot overwrite the view of a colleague or a standard view created by Acendy.

After saving, the page will update and the view name in "filterBar" will reflect the name you gave your view:

What is included in a view?

Views will include the selected filter, columns, placement of columns, and sorting.

In addition, it will be dynamic so that on your next visit you will get an updated product selection if more products match the filter.

All views get a url so that it can be easily shared with others.

Update view

Updating a view is very easy!
Select the view you want to change, customize it to your liking, and select save.
Here you choose to save as an existing view by clicking on the view name and then "Save".

Columns in the product overview

This function allows you to customize the display of columns in the product overview.

Display

The display has a standard selection of columns to make it easy to get an overview. These columns can be customized individually as needed. To customize the display, click the "Display" button on the right side of the overview.

Selection and adjustment of columns

When you click the "Display" button, a new window opens where the display can be customized. The window is divided into two, where you see available columns on the left and selected columns on the right. When you find a column you want to display, select it by clicking once and then clicking "Add". This will add the column to the bottom of "Selected". Placement can be adjusted using the arrow buttons in the middle.

If you know the column you are looking for, you can easily search for it. The search is located at the top on both the left and right sides.

When you are satisfied with the selected columns, click the green "Select" button.

The display can be adjusted and customized at any time.

Tip!

If you want to save some time, you can double-click on the column you want to select to add it to the selected columns.

Show variants

Bulk editor only allows you to change values on main products, and therefore variants are not displayed by default. If you want to see variants, for example if you want to see stock levels, you can easily turn on "Show variants".

When you do not show variants, you will be able to see how many variants that product has behind the product name.

Show images

To make it even easier to find the right product, you can choose to display product images.

Turn on the switch for "Show images" to display product images. Products that do not have a product image will have a standard illustration image.
