Personalized Shopping
Personalized shopping is a service included in your Acendy pricing plan. This section provides an overview of what's included in each plan and links to relevant help articles.

Personalized Search
This service provides an advanced search function for your online store, where you can set up synonyms and keywords to connect as desired.

Personalized Product Recommendations
By using product recommendations, you can showcase more of your product catalog, helping customers find what they're looking for.
We have several types of algorithms that can be used on different pages:
- Relevant products: Perfect for increasing product sales. This can be used in the checkout, shopping cart, or on the product page to offer customers products they haven't purchased. This can be products that match items in their cart or are based on a specific product.
- Alternative products: Allows you to display alternative products for the item the customer is viewing. This is suitable for the product page. "Alternative products" will show other products of the same type. For example, if someone is looking at a Helly Hansen rain jacket, they'll be presented with other rain jackets/pants from Helly Hansen or other manufacturers.
- Popular products: Useful on the homepage of the online store, providing visitors with a quick overview of what's popular and "up and coming." This can be seasonal or new products that have suddenly been purchased a lot.
- Bestsellers: Similar to "Popular products," "Bestsellers" is perfect for the homepage, giving customers a quick insight into the bestselling products in the online store.

Personalized Shopping - Platform
With the platform, you can design your own emails, send personalized emails, give customers unique discount codes as rewards via popups or email, and get an overview of what's happening in the online store in real time.

Pop-ups: Use pop-ups to collect emails for your newsletter. Set up rules to only show a popup to selected customers.

Discount codes: Give customers unique discount codes as rewards via pop-ups or email. You decide how much the discount should be and how long it should be valid. You also get statistics on how much the various codes have generated in revenue.

Receipt
Smart goods receipt updates stock, orders, and allows you to make adjustments to associated products.

Stocktaking
Get full control of your stock with stocktaking, as well as a daily stock value report for full control of stock value.

Stock Value Report
The stock value report stores a daily overview of your stock so you can easily see stock value and sales value.
After activation, the report takes a picture, a snapshot, of the store's stock every night at 00:00.
The following day, you can look up the report to see both stock levels, stock value, and sales value of your entire stock.
Each snapshot is saved so you can go back in time to see stock.

Accounting
Accounting is something you necessarily have to deal with if you are going to run a store. But do you HAVE to have an integration between the online store and your accounting system?
The answer is no. You don't have to, but you can.
An integration will transfer information about the orders and help you with booking these. This can also be done manually. An integration towards accounting is therefore a possibility, but not a must. Here is an overview of which systems we have solutions for.
