Report pages
From the POS dashboard, you can proceed to dedicated report pages with more details than the dashboard itself shows. Two of them are built as full-fledged tables you can sort, filter, and browse: Products Sold and User Statistics. Both can be found under Reports in the POS menu, and they only include sales made in the POS system.
Products Sold
The report shows which products have been sold in the POS system during a period, so you can see what actually sells.
At the top of the page, select period with a from and to date. The table shows one row per product:

Exclude products
You might want to exclude some products from the report, for example, bags, deposits, or other items that don't reflect the actual product range. In that case, use excluded products
- Open Manage excluded products on the report page.
- Select the products you want to exclude.
- Save. The excluded products are shown as separate tags above the table, and you can remove a product from the list at any time.
The exclusion is remembered for next time, so you don't have to set it up again for each report.
User Statistics
User statistics show sales distributed per individual salesperson, so you can see who has sold what in the period. The report is the same one you access from the salesperson card on the dashboard.
At the top, select period with from and to dates. The default is the current month. The table shows one row per salesperson:

Tips
- Both reports only count sales made in the POS system, not orders from the online store.
- If you want to compare two periods, run the report once per period and note the figures. The date picker controls the entire table.
- The salesperson figures in user statistics are the same as those behind «Sales per user» and the salesperson card on the dashboard.
