Installation and Setup

Step 1: To install the Postnord shipping options, go to Configuration > Shipping Methods > “+ Add Shipping”:

Step 2: Here, you can choose to search for the shipping method (Postnord Home Delivery, ID: pnhomedelivery) or select “Postnord” in the dropdown menu for suppliers:

Step 3: Check the box for “Postnord Home (ID: mypackhome) and click “Install”.

Step 4: Click the pencil icon and enter the desired settings:

Important!

For the shipping method to work, you must enter some information that you have from Postnord:

Username: You should have received this from Postnord

Password: You should have received this from Postnord

Tollpost customer number: You should have received this from Postnord

Sending from postal code: Enter the postal code from which the goods will be sent

It is also important to ensure that the fields "Minimum weight in grams" and "Maximum weight in grams" in the shipping method are entered.

It is recommended that you test the shipping methods in the online store to see that they work as they should.
