Eksportsenter

The Export Center provides you with two new export options in CSV format: "Sold products" and "Customer data". These options offer more detailed exports than the standard export in the control panel and are well-suited for those who want to create more thorough statistics on customers and sales or use BI (Business Intelligence) software.

Sold Products

Sold products provides you with an overview of all products sold within the selected dates. You can choose whether to export sold products based on order date or invoice date.

Columns in "Sold Products"

• Order number
• Customer number
• Article number
• EAN
• Product name
• Manufacturer
• Variant
• Property (requires "Product properties")
• Purchase price
• Variant purchase price
• Sales price
• Quantity (number of identical products on one order)
• Subtotal (quantity multiplied by sales price)
• Order date
• Order status
• Category tree
• Profit (margin in %)
• Customer name
• Customer's email address
• Customer group

"Sold products" exports a maximum of 31 days in the same file.

Customer Data

Exporting customer data provides you with valuable information about your customers that can be used for business intelligence, statistics, etc.

Columns in "Customer Data":

• Customer number
• Name
• Last name
• Email
• Address
• City
• Postal code
• Country
• Phone
• Created
• Number of logins
• Number of orders
• Total sales
• Last order date
• Last login
• Receives newsletter

"Customer data" can export a data-limited file from a selected date (maximum 30 days) or interval (oldest to newest) with 5000 customers in each file.
