Filter Products Based on Date of Stocktaking

This article explains how to filter products based on the date they were last counted using the Bulk Editor in Acendy.

Using the Bulk Editor

In the Bulk Editor tool (Product Catalog > Bulk Editor), two new columns and two new filters have been added:

Columns:

Trykk på "Visning" i verktøyet og legg til/fjern ønskede kolonner.

Date of Last Stocktaking: Displays a column with the date the product was last counted.
Last Counted By: Displays a column with the name of the user who last counted the item.

Filter:

Stocktaking: Has Stocktaking

This allows you to add a filter with a date selection for when a product was last counted.

Example:
By adding the filter "Stocktaking: Has Stocktaking" and selecting the date period 01.01.2023 to 30.06.2023, you will get a list of all products that have been counted (and confirmed) in this period.

Stocktaking: No Stocktaking

This allows you to add a filter with a date selection that shows products that have not had stocktaking registered in the desired period.

Example:
By adding the filter "Stocktaking: No Stocktaking" and selecting the date period 01.01.2023 to 30.06.2023, you will get a list of all products that have not been counted in this period.

Kombiner filter

Husk at man med masseendring kan kombinere flere filter. F.eks kan man i tillegg til å filtrere på telling også legge til filter for produsent, leverandør etc.
