Automatic Sending Of Right Of Withdrawal Form

In the control panel, you can choose whether the right of withdrawal form should be sent automatically by email when an order is completed.

  1. Go to "Orders/Customers > Manage order".
  2. Click on the gear icon.
  3. Then change "Standard sending of right of withdrawal form" to either "Yes" or "No".
  4. The right of withdrawal form is also pre-filled on completed orders.

Where Can You Find The Right Of Withdrawal Form?

Inside each individual order, you can see the customer's right of withdrawal form. The customer's and store's information is automatically filled in.

Can You Add Extra Information To The Right Of Withdrawal Form?

Yes, you can choose to add additional information to the bottom of the right of withdrawal form.

  1. Navigate to Apps > Settings.
  2. Search for "Right of withdrawal form".
  3. Click on "Extra info".
  4. Enter the information you want to add.

Note!

It will only be possible to enter the desired additional information in the right of withdrawal form and it will not be possible to remove standard, legally required content.
