AI command line
The AI command line is above the table in «Adjust Offers». You type what you want to do in plain words — «all Nike products with at least 40% margin in stock» — and it converts it into filters on the table, or into a suggestion for a Bulk editor.
The feature is included from the Plus-subscription. On lower packages, you see a line explaining what it does, instead of the field.
How to use it
- Go to Products → Offer Center → Adjust OffersType the command in the field, and click
- Interpret — or press Enter.Review what it understood, under
- Understood FiltersClick Apply Filters
- to filter the table, or Open in Bulk Editor if you also requested a price change.
If you haven't typed anything yourself yet, there are some examples below the field. Click one of them to fill in the command and see how it's interpreted.
The two outcomes
Filters only
If you write something that describes a selection — «products with at least 40% margin in stock» — you get the filters back as tags. Apply Filters places them on the table, and from there you work as normal: check products, set prices, or send them to the Bulk editor.
Filters and a price change
If you also write what the price should be — «give all Nike products 10% discount until December 15th» — there will also be a Suggestion for a collective change with what it has understood about the discount and dates. Open in Bulk Editor finds the products that match the filters, opens the Bulk editor with them selected, and fills in the discount and dates for you.
This is intentional: the AI suggests, it does not write prices.
What it understands
You can say something about | Example |
|---|---|
Manufacturer | «Nike products», «everything from Levi's» |
Category | «in the Shoes category» |
Margin | «at least 40% margin», «under 20% coverage» |
Stock | «in stock», «with more than 10 in stock» |
Only products on offer | «that are already on offer» |
Discount or new price | «10% discount», «set the price to 199» |
Period | «until December 15th», «from November 1st» |
Manufacturer and category are interpreted from the names found in your store. If it doesn't find the name you typed, it says so: the label gets the text not found. Then it hasn't guessed anything else — it has just skipped that filter, and you should correct the name and try again.
When it doesn't work
Message | What you do |
|---|---|
«Could not read that command — try rephrasing it.» | Rewrite the command shorter and more concretely. One selection and one price change at a time |
«The AI service is currently unavailable. Please try again later.» | The service is not responding right now. The filters in Filter-modal do the same manually |
Clear selection clears the result, so you can start over.
Tips
- Be specific about numbers and dates. It cannot translate "A little discount on items that sell poorly"; it can translate "20% discount on products with less than 5 in stock".
- Always review the tags under Understood filters before proceeding. It's faster to spot a misinterpretation there than in the preview.
- If the selection is something you will repeat, set the filters in Filter-modal instead. Then they are in the page's address, and you can save it as a bookmark.
