Creating a campaign
Click + New campaign from the campaign list or timeline. Enter a name (required) and an optional description, then click Create. The campaign opens in campaign detail view with a status of Draft.
Editing a campaign name or description
From the campaign detail page, click the pencil icon next to the campaign name to open the settings panel. You can update the name and description here.
Note
Schedule and category sync settings have their own separate panels and are not accessible from this modal.
Archiving a campaign
Archiving ends a campaign immediately — it sets the end date to now and the system removes discounts on the next scheduled run. Use this to stop a campaign before its scheduled end date.
You can archive a campaign from the campaign list (archive icon on the row) or from the campaign detail page (archive icon next to the campaign name).
Archiving is unavailable when:
- The campaign is already archived
- A job is currently in progress (Activating… or Deactivating…)
- The campaign is Active and the end date has already passed (it's already pending deactivation)
Duplicating a campaign
Duplicating creates an exact copy of the campaign — same name (with " (copy)" appended), same products, and same prices — as a new Draft with no schedule. Use this to reuse a campaign setup for a future promotion.
You can duplicate from the campaign list or from the campaign detail page toolbar. After duplicating, you're taken to the new campaign's detail page.
Deleting a campaign
Deletion is only available on Archived campaigns, found in the Completed tab. It permanently removes the campaign and all its products and cannot be undone.
To delete a campaign, open the Completed tab, click the red trash icon on the campaign row, and confirm.
