Can I create custom order tags on order lines?

With our "custom tags", you can create your own tags and bulk manage tags on order lines.

How to activate

To activate the extension, navigate to Apps > Settings in your control panel. Here you activate the "Custom tags on order lines" extension.

What are "custom tags"?

Effective order processing is something we at Acendy work hard to achieve, and this is one of several modules that contribute to this. With custom tags, you can create flexible order views based on which tags the order lines have.

We already have built-in system tags in the system which are used by, among other things, our procurement system and for manual remaining stock management, etc. You can also create your own tags to keep track of order lines.

What can I do with these new tags?

The most important area of use is to create order views.

In the example below, we have created an order view via our order filter which lists all orders that have products with the tag "Waiting for answer", in a hypothetical case where you have asked a customer if the size was correct, etc.

Bulk editing provides increased efficiency

As the screenshot below shows, you can select several order lines and set the same tag on several lines at the same time. Time saved!
