Settings for the quotation module

The settings for the quotation module can be found in the sidebar on the left. Here you have the option to customize certain functions. Changes you make here are user-specific so that each user can have their own settings.

Email address

Allows you to set which email address should be the sender of the quotation.

Note!

Requires that the domain is verified and sender addresses are added.

Message to customer

Standard message that is placed in the body of the email that is sent. This message can also be customized for each individual quotation when sending it.

Status

Choose which statuses should be displayed as default in the overview of quotations. This means you don't have to load all quotations every time you open the service. The most common here will be "Draft". You are free to choose more than one status.

Product search placement

Should the product search be placed above or below the product lines?

Hide discount in PDF

Hides the discount column in the PDF that is sent to the end customer.

Show article number in PDF

Show/hide the product's article number in the PDF that is sent to the end customer.

Hide original price

If a product has a discount, only the new price is displayed and not the original price in the PDF that is sent to the end customer.
