Verification of domain for sending e-mail

This article explains how to verify your domain to improve e-mail delivery from your Acendy store.

Verification of domain

To verify your domain, first log in to Personalized Shopping via your control panel.

Go to "Settings -> Domain".

If the domain is incorrect

If the domain to be verified does not match the domain to be used for sending e-mail, it must be changed.

Go to "Settings -> Outgoing e-mail"

Change the address under "E-mail address of sender" and press "Save".

Start the verification

When the domain matches the domain you want to use for sending e-mail, you are ready to start the verification.

Go to "Settings -> Domain" and click "Start verification".

This information must then be entered in the DNS setup for your domain. This is done with your domain provider, for example domeneshop.no, one.com etc. depending on where you have your domain.

When this is done, click "Update status".
They will then be verified.
