MyPack Home Small - "Bag at Door"

This article explains how to activate and use the "Pose på Døren" (Bag on the Door) service with MyPack Home Small, allowing customers to have their packages delivered to their door.

Install necessary shipping methods

In your control panel, you can get two shipping methods for MyPack Home Small. The purpose of this is to give the customer the choice of whether they want a bag on the door or not. Contact customer service to have one or both of these options activated:

Settings on the shipping method for bag on the door

Here, it is important to make it clear to the customer that the bag will be hung on the door, for example via name and description. You must also activate the setting under Advanced options which activates bag on the door.

Here, it may be a good idea to inform the customer that the package will be driven to the nearest delivery point if the package does not fit in the mailbox.
