Packing manifest
This article explains how to use the packing manifest and how you can customize it to suit your needs. The packing manifest is a tool that helps you manage orders and pick products efficiently from your warehouse.
Open the Packing manifest
How to open the packing manifest:
- Go to Orders/Customers → Process orders in the control panel
- In the order overview, you will find the Packing manifest button on each order
You can:
- Open the packing manifest for a single order by clicking Packing manifest on the relevant order
- Process multiple packing manifests at once by selecting the desired orders → Click Print menu → Packing manifest

Customize the packing manifest
How to customize the packing manifest:
- Go to Apps → Your extensions in the control panel
- Find or search for Packing manifest
- Click Settings
→ If you see a button labeled Update available - we recommend updating first to ensure all settings are available.
In the settings, you can:
- Hide product tags
- Adjust image size from 40px to 80px
- Enable product EAN on pick list
- Show company information in the footer of the pick list
- Show company logo on the pick list
- Show manufacturer on the pick list
- Show prices on the pick list
- Enable display of supplier article numbers on pick list
- Enable summarizing bundle products and display them together with (and add their quantities to) other products above the bundle groups
- Show barcode on the pick list
- Adds a column with image when downloading pick list
- Add custom text that will be displayed on the pick list
- Show stock quantity on the pick list
- Hide customer data
- Choose which template to use for printed pick lists
