Vipps - Status "Reserved" and "Sale"
When a customer places an order, the amount is reserved. In the Vipps administration, the transaction is displayed as "Reserved" in the overview. At this point, the amount has not been debited from the customer's account; it has only been reserved.
When the store owner marks the order as "sent" in Acendy, the amount is debited from the customer's account. In the Vipps administration, a new transaction is displayed in the overview that is marked as "Sale".
After this is done, there will be two different lines with the same transaction id: one that is "Reserved" and one that is "Sale".
