The dashboard contains several different services designed to help you collect emails for newsletters, send customized order confirmations, manage abandoned carts, and much more.
The front page
The front page gives you an overview of the opportunities available and traffic in your online store. Here, you can see an overview of historical sales, the total value of all items in shopping carts, the number of visitors to the page, and the number of active shopping carts. It also shows how traffic is distributed between mobile and computer.
The overview page also displays a live view of the best customer, best revenue sources, most popular product, and most popular page.
Popups
How do I create a popup for the online store?
A popup is perhaps the most effective way to get customers to sign up for newsletters. The Acendy dashboard gives you the option to generate a discount code unique to each customer who chooses to sign up for your newsletter via a popup.
Chat
With the chat function, you can easily allow your customers to get in touch with you. Navigate to "Chat" to get started. Under Settings > Chat, you can set up auto-replies and other information text displayed to the end customer.
Flow
A flow is, in short, an email to be sent out based on predetermined rules. This article will briefly explain what a flow is and how it can help you increase sales and personalize your online store.
An example of a flow can be customers who sign up for a newsletter or join the customer club, where they will then receive an email with a welcome discount.
Discount codes
Create discount codes to send to customers via flow or popup. A discount code can be a good way to obtain consent for marketing from customers.
Extensions
You cannot send newsletters via this page; to do this, you must connect to other services. These may include MailChimp, MailMojo, Apsis, or MailerLite. You can also connect to services that offer product reviews, such as Lipscore and Trustpilot.
