Kustom B2B (Billie)
What Is Kustom B2B (Billie)?
Kustom offers a B2B payment solution through Billie, enabling business customers to purchase on credit in your online store.
When the solution is activated:
- Customers can choose Private individual or Company/Business in checkout
- Business customers can pay by invoice through Billie
- Kustom handles the credit check and payment follow-up
Already B2B activated?
If you already have Kustom B2B activated, you don't need to do anything since Billie was automatically activated on August 7.
Nb! If you only sell B2B, you will not be able to use Billie. Billie is an alternative payment solution for B2B customers when you also sell B2C.
How to Activate Kustom B2B (Billie)
Step 1: Contact Kustom
- Contact Kustom support and request activation of B2B (Billie) on your account.
- You will need to provide your Kustom ID.
You can find it here:
Control Panel → Extensions → Your extensions → Klarna Checkout V3 → Credentials
Step 2: Contact Mystore Support
Once Kustom confirms that B2B has been activated:
- Contact Mystore support so we can enable B2B in your checkout.
You can do this via:
- Chat in the control panel
- A support request
Result After Activation
Once the solution is activated, checkout will display a new option:
- Private individual
- Company/Business
If the customer selects Company/Business, they can pay by invoice through Billie.
Important to Know
- Credit checks are handled by Kustom/Billie
- The payment option is only displayed for business customers
- The solution requires Kustom Checkout (Klarna Checkout V3)
What If This Does Not Solve the Issue?
- Verify that you are using Klarna Checkout V3
- Confirm that B2B has been activated by Kustom
- Contact Mystore support if the Company/Business option does not appear in checkout
