Introduction
On August 7, 2024, Klarna and Billie launched a new B2B payment solution in Klarna Checkout. This allows Klarna Checkout users to offer businesses the same payment options as private customers. With Billie at the helm for the B2B segment, more companies than ever can now be offered credit agreements.
This article shows you how to quickly and efficiently activate B2B payment in your online store.
Get started
To activate payment with Klarna B2B (Billie), you must first contact Klarna's store support to ask them to activate B2B on your agreement. Then contact our customer service on chat so that we can activate the option for B2B in your checkout.
Step 1: Contact Klarna
Contact Klarna's store support. Make sure to have your Klarna ID ready. You can find this in your control panel under "Extensions” > “Your extensions” > “Klarna V3” > “User information". Here you copy the Klarna ID and give it to Klarna's store support.
Step 2: Contact Acendy support
As soon as Klarna confirms that B2B is active on your agreement, you can contact our support, e.g. on chat, then we will activate Klarna (Billie) B2B in your checkout.
As soon as B2B is activated, customers will have the opportunity to choose between private individual and company in Klarna Checkout.
Customers who choose "Company/Business" now have the option to pay with invoice provided by Billie.
