This article guides you through connecting your PostNord agreement to Acendy, allowing you to calculate shipping costs accurately.

Install Shipping Options

To install shipping options from PostNord, go to Configuration > Shipping methods.

First, click:

"+add shipping option"

Then press "see more options".

You will then see several PostNord shipping options.

Select the shipping method and press "Install Shipping Option".

Account Details

For the shipping method to work, you must enter some information that you have from PostNord:

• Username You should have received this from PostNord.
• Password You should have received this from PostNord.
• Tollpost customer no. You should have received this from PostNord.
• Send from postcode Enter the postcode the goods will be sent from.

It is also important to ensure that the fields "Minimum weight in grams" and "Maximum weight in grams" in the shipping method are entered.

It is recommended that you test the shipping methods in the online store to see that they work as they should.
