This article explains how customers can join and leave the customer club in Acendy.

How to Join the Customer Club

Both new and existing customers can easily become members of the customer club.

Joining via the Online Store

New Customers

If a customer without an existing account wants to join the customer club, they can do so as follows:

1. Click on “Become a member”.
2. Fill in the information.
3. Enter the desired password.

Existing Customers

If an existing customer wants to become a member, they can choose to join in two ways.

Via "My account"

On the mobile version, there will be a separate tab for the customer club in "My account".

In the same way as new customers.
Existing customers will receive a link by email to confirm their membership.

Joining via the POS System

In the POS system, you can choose to send an SMS with a sign-up link to customers who want to join the customer club. As soon as the customer has entered the information, they will be able to take advantage of the customer benefits you offer.

How do Members Unsubscribe from the Customer Club?
