Joining and Leaving the Customer Club

This article explains how customers join and leave the Customer Club, both via the online store and via the POS system.

Customers can find the Customer Club via the Join button in the online store, or via My Account if they already have a user account.

Sign-up for new customers

  1. The customer clicks Join in the online store
  2. The customer fills in the required information
  3. The customer chooses a password
  4. Registration is complete and the customer is now a member

Sign-up for existing customers

Existing customers can join in two ways:

1. Via My Account

  1. The customer logs into the online store
  2. The customer goes to My Account
  3. The customer finds the Customer Club section and signs up

On mobile, the Customer Club is displayed as a separate tab under My Account.

2. Via the registration form

  1. The customer clicks Join in the same way as new customers
  2. The customer receives an email link to confirm the membership

Sign-up via POS

  1. Open the POS system
  2. Send an SMS with a sign-up link to the customer
  3. The customer registers via the link
  4. After registration, the customer can use the member benefits

Leaving the Customer Club

  1. The customer logs into the online store
  2. The customer goes to My Account
  3. The customer chooses to leave the Customer Club

Good to know

  • Joining is free and open to all end customers.
  • If the setting "Only end customers can become members" is enabled, customers who belong to another customer group cannot join automatically. They must use an alternative email address or contact the store.
  • When leaving, discount codes and bonus points may be deleted, depending on the setting "Reset discount code and bonus points on unsubscription" under Customer Club settings.
