Predefined Reports

With predefined reports, you can quickly extract sales data and reports without building a report from scratch. The turnover report has six predefined reports/views, making it easy to quickly see the figures for, for example, the last 30 days or last week. In addition, you can use these predefined views to build further to create your own views.

Here you can see which views/reports are predefined.

When you have found the report you want to view, just click "Open report" and the report will open.

From here, you can make changes if you wish:

Change Purchase date
Add different filters
Choose which columns you want the report to include

Edit reports

Predefined reports cannot be changed and overwritten. If you want to change a predefined report, it must be saved as a new and custom report.

How do I find a sales report from a specific time period?

Go to 'Reports' in the control panel, open 'Turnover report', select a pre-built report, change the time period and click 'Update'.

Do I have to create my own report from scratch?

No, you can use pre-built reports and just change the time period.

Can I give my accountant access to the reports?

Yes, you can create a separate user for the accountant.

What do I do if I don't get any data in the report?

Check that the selected time period actually contains sales, try a different filter, and make sure you have the necessary access in the control panel to open the reports.

Where can I find more reports and analyses?

Can I export the reports to Excel or PDF?

Yes, all reports can be exported in formats such as CSV, Excel or PDF.
