Empty text line (2)

Click Empty text line + to add an empty text line.
An empty text line has two different functions:

  1. If you do not enter text in the field, the line will function as a space in the PDF.
  2. If you enter text in the field, it will function as a heading in the PDF.

See example:

Custom product (3)

A custom product allows you to add item lines for products that are not in Acendy.
Here you can enter name, quantity, VAT, and prices.
These fields will also affect the total amount of the quote, as well as profit/margin.

A custom product does not have available stock.

Choices on product lines

Product lines have a number of fields for display and editing.
All fields that are blue can be clicked on to change.

Explanation:

  1. Sorting: So-called "grip handles" allow you to drag and sort the item lines in the quote
  2. Product image / product name: The blue icon opens the product page in a new tab
  3. Quantity: Quantity to be included in the quote
  4. Available stock: Quantity available in the online store at the time of writing
  5. VAT: The product's registered VAT
  6. Purchase price excl. VAT: The purchase price of the product. This can be changed on the quote if needed. If a price is changed, the original price (which is stored on the product card) will be displayed below in gray with a strike.
  7. Unit price excl. VAT: Unit price of the product. This can be changed on the quote if needed
  8. Unit price incl. VAT: Unit price of the product. This can be changed on the quote if needed
  9. Discount: Discount on the product in the quote
  10. Customer group / Offer price: Here the price is displayed if the product is either on offer or has a different price via a customer group. This is only a display and the user is responsible for pricing the product as they wish
  11. Total: Total sum on the product line (quantity * unit price)
  12. Margin: Margin on the product. Uses purchase price and unit price for calculation
  13. Choices on the product line:
    1. Reset: Resets the purchase price and unit price to the original price
    2. Comment: Add a comment or description of the product line. The comment is displayed on the PDF to the customer. If there is a comment, the icon will be green.
    3. Remove: Remove the product from the quote

Shipping

The first version of the quote module does not have integration with the store's shipping methods.
You can add custom shipping to the quote that will be transferred to the order.

Summary

The summary gives you a good overview of the quote's total purchase price and sale price, as well as the coverage in currency and percentage.

Set coverage

The function to set coverage helps you quickly set the coverage you want on the quote.

Maybe you know that you want to earn 2000,- on this sale, then you can easily enter 2000 on coverage in currency and then click "Set coverage".
The same applies to percentage.
