Bring Bag at door

This article explains how to activate the "Pose på Døren" (Bag on the Door) service, an additional service from Bring that allows the postal carrier to hang the package on the door if it doesn't fit in the mailbox.

Install Necessary Shipping Methods

In your control panel, you have two shipping methods for "Pakke i postkassen" (Package in the Mailbox). This gives the customer the option of whether they want a bag on the door or not.

It is important to make it clear to the customer that the bag will be hung on the door, for example, via name and description. You must also activate the setting under Advanced options that activates bag on the door.

Here, it may be a good idea to inform the customer that the package will be delivered to the nearest delivery point if the package does not fit in the mailbox.
