Campaign Center v3 — Setting campaign prices
How prices work
Every product in a campaign has a campaign price — the discounted price shown on the storefront while the campaign is active. Prices in Campaign Center are entered and displayed inclusive of VAT, matching what customers see.
The product table shows both ex-VAT and inc-VAT figures for reference:
Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
Price | The product's normal selling price (excl. and incl. VAT) |
Campaign price | The discounted price you've set (excl. and incl. VAT) |
Earnings / unit | Campaign price minus cost (excl. and incl. VAT) |
Discount / Price | The discount percentage and an input field to update the price |
Updating a product's price
In the Discount / Price column, enter a value and press Enter or Tab to save. You can enter:
- A fixed price — e.g.
149,95sets the campaign price directly - A percentage discount — e.g.
20%reduces the original price by that amount
Both . and , are accepted as decimal separators. The row updates immediately after saving. If the value can't be parsed, a notification appears and the price is left unchanged.
Applying a global discount
The Global discount option applies a single discount to every product in the campaign at once. Open it from the campaign detail toolbar.
There are two modes:
- Percentage — reduces each product's original price by the entered percentage. For example, 25% applied to a 200 kr product gives a campaign price of 150 kr.
- Fixed amount — subtracts a set amount from each product's original price. For example, 50 kr off a 200 kr product gives 150 kr. Prices cannot go below 0.
The discount is always calculated against each product's original price, not any previously set campaign price. Applying a second global discount recalculates from the original.
Note
For active campaigns, price changes go live on the storefront immediately.
Bulk editor
The Bulk editor opens the legacy product bulk editor with all campaign products pre-selected. Use this to edit other product fields — such as images, descriptions, or attributes — without leaving the campaign context.
