Reset Acendy POS
If the POS has frozen, and restarting the app or clearing the cache doesn't help, a local reset of the app may work.
- Go to settings on your Ipad.
- Scroll down to the POS app and tap the menu item.
- Tap Reset store so that the switch turns green/on.
- Swipe out/close the POS app.
- Open the POS app and log in.
