Reset Acendy POS

If the POS has frozen, and restarting the app or clearing the cache doesn't help, a local reset of the app may work.

  1. Go to settings on your Ipad.
  2. Scroll down to the POS app and tap the menu item.
  3. Tap Reset store so that the switch turns green/on.
  4. Swipe out/close the POS app.
  5. Open the POS app and log in.

Connect to terminal

Remember to reconnect the bank terminal after the app is reset
