Feedback After Completed Purchase

The "Feedback after completed purchase" extension allows customers to provide feedback on their shopping experience. You have the freedom to design the appearance and tailor questions to your specific needs.

Configure extensions by going to Apps > Your extensions

Customizing Design and Content

Design

Click the gear icon in the overview to open the settings for the extension:

Button

The standard design for the button is shown to the right in the image below.

Form

You can find the title, description, feedback after submitting the form, and the design of the Send button in the same window.

Free Text Field in Form

If you want more info than just the title and description, you can use the free text field.

Here you can add text, bullet points, images, etc.

To open the free text field, click "Edit free text" on the extension.

Then fill in/change to what you want to have.

Receiving Feedback

Feedback is sent to the store as a contact form via email with info about the order, feedback, etc.
