This article explains how to configure Yotpo in both Acendy and Yotpo, detailing the supported features and activation process.
Acendy supports the following Yotpo features
- Mail after purchase (Free plan Yotpo)
Mail after purchase
E-mails are automatically sent to the customer after a purchase in the store. When e-mails should be sent and how they should look is controlled in Yotpo.
- SEO Page (Free plan Yotpo)
Seo page
Creates a separate page where customers can see and write reviews of products. With growth plan you can get stars visible in Google towards this page.
- Reviews Tab (Free plan Yotpo)
Reviews tab
Adds an information tab to the store that customers can click to see other people's reviews.
- Product Reviews (Free plan Yotpo)
Product reviews
Makes reviews on the product visible on the product page.
- Footer Badge (Free plan Yotpo)
Footer badge
Badge that appears in the bottom line with the number of reviews and star ratings. Becomes active when you have received 20 reviews in the store.
- Carousel (requires Growth Plan Yotpo)
Carousel
Carousel that shows reviews on the front page. Which reviews are displayed is controlled from Yotpo.
- Rich Snippets (requires Growth Plan Yotpo)
Rich snippets
Shows stars on the product in Google as well as SEO-page that is added to your online store.
- Promoted Products (requires Growth Plan Yotpo) / Corrected in Yotpo
Promoted products
Makes it possible to promote products in outgoing e-mails.

How to activate Yotpo in your online store
- Register as a Yotpo customer on their website
- Choose the price plan at Yotpo that suits your online store
- Contact customer service@acendy.com and ask to have the integration activated against Yotpo* / Order in appstore
