Change password

This article explains how to change the password for your user account when you are already logged in.

How to change your password

  1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the control panel
  2. Select Edit profile
  3. Scroll to Account security
  4. Click Change password
  5. Enter your current password
  6. Enter your new password
  7. Confirm the new password
  8. Click Update password

Important to know

  • You must know your current password to change it.
  • If you have forgotten your password, log out of the control panel and use the Forgot password function on the login page.

What if I am unable to change my password?

If you are unable to change your password:

  1. Log out of the control panel
  2. Clear your browser data for all time
  3. Log back into the control panel
  4. If it still does not work, try resetting your password using Forgot password

If the issue persists, contact customer support.
