Upload a custom shipping logo

This article explains how to upload a custom logo for a shipping method in the control panel. A custom logo can make it clearer for customers which carrier is used during checkout.

All shipping methods in the webshop have a default logo.

For shipping methods provided by carriers, the carrier’s logo is usually displayed, for example:

  • Bring
  • PostNord

For generic shipping methods, such as Flat rate shipping, a standard logo is used.

You can upload a custom logo if you want to display a specific carrier or use a customized logo in checkout.

Shipping logos are only supported in KCO (Kustom Checkout). If your store uses other checkout solutions, such as Express checkout, Avarda, etc., the logos will not be displayed.

Logo file requirements

Custom logos must meet the following requirements:

  • File format: SVG or PNG
  • Maximum file size: 1 MB
  • The store must use KCO (Kustom Checkout)

  1. Go to Configuration → Shipping methods
  2. Find the shipping method you want to change
  3. Click the logo for that shipping method
  4. A logo settings window will open.
  5. Drag and drop the logo file into the upload area, or click to select a file from your computer
Note: The logo is uploaded immediately when the file is added
  6. Click Close

The logo is now saved and linked to the shipping method.

The new logo will be shown to customers during checkout.

If you want to remove an uploaded logo:

  1. Go to Configuration → Shipping methods
  2. Click the logo for the shipping method
  3. Click Delete logo
  4. Click Close

The system will then revert to the default logo.

Note:

  • The default logo cannot be deleted
  • Only custom logos can be removed

Important to know

  • The logo is uploaded immediately after the file is added
  • The change only applies to the selected shipping method
  • Shipping logos are only displayed if the store uses KCO

What should I do if this does not solve the problem?

Contact customer support and include:

  • the name of the webshop
  • the shipping method involved
  • the new logo you want to use
