Customer Club - Getting Started
What is Customer Club?
Customer Club is a loyalty solution in Mystore that lets you create a dedicated customer group with special pricing, bonus points and customised content. Customers who join your Customer Club get access to exclusive benefits that you define.
Benefits of a Customer Club:
- Offer your customers exclusive perks such as free shipping or discounts.
- Build customer loyalty and retain customers over time.
- Collect permissions to send newsletters and abandoned cart reminders.
- Personalised shopping experience.
Overview of Customer Club pages
You can find the Customer Club by going to Main Menu → Orders/Customers → Customer Club in your control panel.
The Customer Club landing page is divided into three main areas and a settings section:
- Customer Group — Manage rules and settings for the Customer Club group. Here you set VAT display, categories, shipping and payment methods, and whether members get their own prices.
- Design — Customise the visual appearance of your Customer Club. Use the design builder to set up design elements displayed to customers.
- Members — View an overview of all registered Customer Club members. You can search, filter and view information about each member.
Under Text Content in the left menu you will find:
- Benefits — Text describing member benefits. Displayed on the product page and in the customer's account.
- Terms — Terms and conditions that apply when customers join the Customer Club.
- Greetings — Welcome text and unsubscribe text displayed to the customer.
Under Bonus Points in the left menu you will find settings for the bonus points module, where you control earning and redemption of points.
Under Settings on the landing page itself you will find general settings for the Customer Club, such as resetting discount codes, displaying member prices and more.

Good to know
- Members register themselves via the online store.
- Changes to settings take effect immediately after you click Save changes.
- You can change text content, settings and bonus point rules at any time without affecting existing members.
