This article guides you through setting up shipping methods for international sales in Acendy.

Setting up shipping abroad

When selling internationally, you need to offer a shipping method for your foreign customers. Follow this guide to install the "International shipping by weight/price" method.

Installation of international shipping

Step 1: Navigate to Configuration > Shipping methods in the control panel.

Step 2: Select "Add shipping option"

Step 3: Select "See more options"

Step 4: Install the shipping method "International shipping by weight/price".

Setup of international shipping

With international shipping by weight/price, you can define multiple countries, zones, and different prices (custom price matrices) based on weight.

Setting up a zone

In this example, a zone is set up, defining that we will have shipping setup available only for Sweden (Se) and Finland (Fi). The price matrix is set up as follows:

If you want the shipping method to be hidden for Norwegian customers, set "Don't show to customers from Norway" to "True".
