Receiving a Purchase Order (Basic)

Receiving a Purchase Order (Basic)

The purchase order has been created and sent, now it's time for the stock receipt! This article will guide you through the basic stock receipt process.

Find the Purchase Order

The first step is to find the purchase order for which you want to perform a stock receipt.

You can do this in several ways:

Procurement overview
Search and filter for the desired purchase order.

Product card
Go to one of the products you have received and find the purchase order via the procurement tab.

Global search
Press . to open the global search. Write in: to limit the search to purchase orders, then enter the name of the procurement. From there, you can open the procurement directly.

Select Items for Receipt

Once you have found the correct purchase order, simply mark the item lines to be received. You can choose to mark one by one or mark all by clicking the checkbox at the top of the product list.
When you mark the products, the number for received will automatically be set to the same as the number ordered.

If you have received fewer than ordered, you can adjust the number you have received on each item line.

It is entirely possible to receive a purchase order in several stages. If you only receive some of the ordered goods, this will be shown in a separate section, while the procurement receives the status "Partially received".

Perform Stock Receipt

  1. Select items for receipt
  2. Click Register receipt in the upper right

When receipt is performed, you can choose to activate products that are hidden/deactivated but receive positive stock balance as a result of the stock receipt.

Pro and Pro + provide access to smart receipt functions such as updating price, product button, and order status.

At the bottom of the window, you will find an overview of the number of goods received and their value.

Stock Receipt Successful!

After the receipt is complete, a window with the title "Stock Receipt Successful!" is displayed.
From here, you can open a report that shows all received goods.

The "Complete orders" and "Updated orders" tabs will always be empty on the Basic plan as these require reservations.

Log After Receipt

After a stock receipt is performed, this will be reflected in the product's stock history, in addition to the product log on the product card.

The stock history will show which procurement changed the stock balance:
