How to send newsletters to members

This article explains how to send newsletters to customer club members by exporting and importing customer lists to your newsletter provider.

Sending newsletters to members

As long as it is described in the customer club's terms, it is entirely possible to send newsletters to members of the customer club. To send newsletters, subscribed customers must be sent to your newsletter provider.

• For the time being, members must be manually imported to your provider (MailMojo, MailChimp, etc.).

You can find the overview of the members in the customer overview in your control panel under Orders/Customers > Customers.

You can now import the exported file into your newsletter provider.

Note that this list is not transferred automatically and must be updated manually before a new newsletter is sent.
