This article explores the various section types available and their functionalities within the design builder.

Different Types of Sections

There are various sections, each with different functionalities. We will look at the different types of sections here.

Blog

This section allows you to display blog posts in the online store.

To configure the number or which posts are displayed, hover over "Blog" and select the "Pencil" icon to change the block.

This gives access to the settings for the blog.

Row

A row can contain a heading, a paragraph, a button, or a newsletter signup form.

It is also possible to connect a row to Trustpilot or Yotpo.

Carousel

A carousel can contain multiple images.

This allows you to swipe between these images.

Web Images

Web images provide a section that can contain 3 different images.

Each of the images can also have its own button to take customers to the desired page in the online store.

Product List

Product list provides a list of the products in the online store.

You can choose to display products from Personalized Shopping (Crall) or news/offer categories (Products) from the online store.

Crall

Add "Crall" to the section for Product List.

Press the pencil to the right to choose in the dropdown menu which Crall module you want to display.

Here you can also choose whether the section should be a carousel and whether the carousel should play automatically.

Products

Add "Products" to the section for Product List.

Press the pencil to the right to choose in the dropdown menu which type of products you want to display.

There is support for displaying, for example, only news, selected and related products, products that are on offer, or other products that have been purchased.

Columns

Columns can contain anything from a countdown function to video banners, images, typography, or slogans.
