Application Process for Klarna in Acendy

To ensure a quick and smooth application process for Klarna, it's important to have the following information correct and visible on your online store:

• Organization Number
• Company Name
• Registered Address
• Contact Information:
  • Phone Number
  • Store's Email Address
• Terms of Sale
• Privacy Statement

Make sure this information is easily accessible in the footer of your online store. This will contribute to a faster processing of the Klarna application.

How to Adjust the Footer on Different Templates

The procedure for adjusting the footer may vary depending on which template you are using (New York, Tokyo, Europe, America). See Acendy's help articles for detailed instructions for each template.

Application Process Step by Step

1. Activation in Acendy:
   • When you activate your online store in Acendy with one of the packages (Start, Smart, or Plus), Acendy starts the application process on your behalf.
   • Necessary information is sent to Klarna, and the application begins.
   • You can follow the status of the application in your control panel, where it will initially show 20%.
2. Filling out the Application Form:
   • Click on "To the form" in the control panel and fill out the necessary information.
3. Aml Form:
   • After a couple of days, you must fill out the Aml form (Anti-money Laundering). See the section "Necessary Documentation" below.
4. Processing Time:
   • Klarna's processing time is usually 1-2 weeks, provided that all documentation is correct.

Check the Status of the Application

• Control Panel:
  • You can always check the status in your control panel. Here you will see if Klarna is processing the application or needs more information.
  • Klarna will also contact you via the email address you provided in the application.
• Direct Link to Klarna:
  • You can get insight into the status in Klarna's systems by pasting the following link into your browser: www.yourdomain.no/kontrollpanel/ml/onboarding/klarna/v3/widget.

Necessary Documentation

• Aml Form (Anti-money Laundering Form):
  • This form is a security measure to prevent money laundering.
  • It must be completed and submitted no later than 14 days after it is available in the control panel.
  • If the link to the form is gone, you can find it again by pasting www.yourdomain.no/kontrollpanel/ml/onboarding/klarna/v3/widget into the browser.
  • Important: If the Aml form is not submitted within 14 days, the application will be canceled.
  • You must log in with Bankid from the person who has the right to sign with Klarna.
  • Klarna may require additional documentation during the application process.

Transaction Fees

Transaction fees for Klarna are based on your selected Acendy package (Start, Smart, or Plus).

Payouts

• Klarna makes weekly payouts, usually every monday.
