Campaign Center v3 — Sync integrity

When a campaign is active, each product's discounted price must be present in the storefront's pricing system. Campaign Center tracks this and surfaces a warning when something falls out of sync.

The live counter

On the campaign detail page, active campaigns show a live counter next to the product count:

Every product's discount is active on the storefront.

X / Y live

(amber)

Some products are missing. The left number is how many are currently live; the right is the total in the campaign.

Products that are out of sync also show a warning icon on their row in the product table.


Re-syncing missing products

When the counter shows a shortfall, a Re-sync missing button appears next to it. Clicking it replays the sync for every product that's missing, pushing their discounted prices back to the storefront. A confirmation notification appears when the operation completes.

Re-syncing is safe to run at any time on an active campaign — it only affects products that are actually missing.


Why products go out of sync

The most common cause is a system interruption during campaign activation — for example, if the activation job was interrupted partway through a large product list.

If products continue to fall out of sync after re-syncing, contact support with the campaign name and the approximate time the issue began.
