This article outlines the features included in each Acendy pricing plan (Start, Smart, and Pluss) to help you choose the best option for your online store.

Pricing plan

To set up an online store with Acendy, you need an active pricing plan. You can choose between Start, Smart, and Pluss.

• Start: The Start plan is perfect for those who need to keep costs down during the initial phase of building a sound and profitable business.
• Smart: The Smart plan is our most popular plan and is mainly for businesses that have growth as their primary goal. The plan includes functionality that helps you on the path towards this goal.
• Pluss: The Pluss plan includes most of our features and is perfect for well-established businesses that want efficiency at all levels.

All pricing plans include the following:

• Payment solutions for online stores and POS systems (Klarna, Vipps, Adyen)
• Acendy shipping agreement
• Professional reports
• Open API
• Partial delivery/Partial credit
• Automatic shipping calculation

• Complete integration between online store and POS system

Start

The following functionality is included in the Start plan:

• Stock history: This functionality allows you to keep track of which orders adjust the stock balance up and down. You can always go back and see what changed the stock balance of a specific product.
• Stocktaking: This functionality is excellent for when you need to count your stock.
• Discount codes: This functionality allows you to set up discounts that can be linked to products or categories, as well as setting up volume discounts and "buy X get Y" type discounts.
• Personalized search: This functionality gives you an advanced search in your online store where you can set up synonyms and keywords that are linked as you wish.
• Barcodes: This functionality allows you to generate and print barcodes on your products. You can also use barcodes you receive from suppliers.

Smart

The following functionality is included in the Smart plan, as well as all Start functionalities:

• Gift cards: This functionality allows you to sell gift cards in your store. You will then get a product in the store called gift card and where customers can choose any amount.
• Campaign center: This functionality allows you to create campaigns in your store where you can set start and end times so that the campaign turns on and off automatically, as well as choose which products to include.
• Advanced stock management: This functionality allows you to set up stock groups with unique rules, so you can easily mark goods as backorders, goods in remote warehouses, etc. This provides a good flow of products and stock levels.
• Personalized product recommendations: This functionality allows you to display carousels on your online store, these can be displayed on the front page, product pages and in the shopping cart. This app uses AI technology to show relevant products to those who visit your store.
• Filter: This functionality allows visitors to your store to filter on products, it comes with a set of standard filters but it is also possible to build your own filters using product properties.
• Google Shopping: This functionality allows you to present the products in your online store directly in Google's organic search. A product feed from your store will be made available and it can be used to have products added to Google Shopping.
• Facebook Feed & Instagram shopping: This functionality gives you the opportunity to use the store's product catalog on Facebook and Instagram. By using the catalog, you have the opportunity to present your products directly on Facebook and in Instagram Shopping.

Pluss

The following functionality is included in the Pluss plan, as well as all Smart functionalities:

• Personalized shopping - platform

This functionality contains several features, with the Personalized Shopping Platform you get access to the following:

• Chat that connects to the online store
• Live overview of visitors to the online store
• Email flow that includes:
  • Email for abandoned shopping cart

• Pop-ups:
  • Inform customers about important information with a pop-up
