MyBring
This article explains how to use MyBring within the Mystore Control Panel to print shipping labels and track shipments directly from your orders.
What is MyBring?
MyBring is a free service from Bring that allows you to:
- Print shipping labels directly from the order processing screen.
- Transfer shipping data automatically.
- Track shipments directly on the specific order.
Using MyBring
Once MyBring is activated, you can generate and print labels without leaving the Control Panel.
How to print a shipping label:
- Navigate to Orders/Customers → Process orders.
- Open the desired order.
- Select Print shipping label.
- The label is generated via MyBring and is ready for printing.
Important note: Currently, only the shipping method Bring – Package to pick-up point is supported for printing via MyBring EDI in the Control Panel.
Tracking Directly on the Order
When a shipping label is created via MyBring:
- The tracking number is automatically added to the order.
- Both you and the customer can follow the shipment’s journey.
- Tracking information is displayed directly on the order page for easy access.
- This ensures better oversight and simplifies your customer service workflow.
Settings and Configuration
You can manage your integration under Extensions → My Extensions in the Control Panel.
- Activate module: Turns the MyBring integration on or off for your store.
- Bring API key: Used for authentication with Bring's systems.
- Bring Username: Identifies your specific MyBring account.
- Update: Saves your configuration changes.
Note: These settings must be filled out correctly for label generation to function.
