If you have an online store with us at Acendy, Profrakt can be quickly and easily integrated with your control panel. Save money and streamline order processing.

How to get started with Profrakt

It's very easy! Just navigate to Tools > Profrakt in your control panel, and start the registration from there. The whole thing only takes a few minutes, and then you're ready! After the registration is complete, you will immediately have access to your control panel at Profrakt.

What does it cost and where does the invoice come from?

You get all the prices for the shipping and any label printer directly from Profrakt, but below you can see some of the basic prices:

  • Mypack Collect 0-5kg: 65,-
  • Mypack Collect 5-10kg: 75,-
  • Mypack Collect 10-15kg: 95,-
  • Mypack Collect 15-20kg: 118,-
  • Mypack Collect 20-25kg: 142,-
  • Mypack Collect 25-30kg: 164,-
  • Mypack Collect 30-35kg: 189,-

There is no cost to have the agreement itself, you only pay for the packages you send.

You will receive the invoices from Profrakt, and it is also with them that you get an overview of your shipments and their costs.

How to create shipments?

When you have an agreement with Profrakt, you also get their transport administration system Adminpanel (EDI) included. This can be integrated with the online store so that you can create shipments and print shipping labels directly from the order processing in Acendy.

You choose whether you want to integrate Profrakt/Adminpanel with the online store for automatic printing of labels or not. It is also possible to create shipments manually inside Adminpanel.

How to set up the integration between Profrakt and Acendy?

After you have registered through onboarding in the control panel, the integration should be ready for use.

If it is not, for various reasons, you will find the necessary information in Profrakt's "Adminpanel".

Do I have to buy a label printer?

For the best and most efficient experience, we recommend that you purchase the associated skyprinter from Profrakt, but you DO NOT have to buy it. You can also use the integration with Adminpanel, download a PDF of the label and print it on any printer.

If you have an associated skyprinter, the label is printed automatically as you process the order in the control panel, and the printer does not even need to be physically connected to the PC you are processing the order on. It doesn't get any easier.


Create a shipment with Profrakt

When you have an agreement with Profrakt, you also get their transport management system Adminpanel (edi) included. This can be integrated with the online store so that you can create shipments and print shipping labels directly from order processing in Acendy.

The integration is set up - how do you create the shipment?

After the integration is set up in your control panel, you will experience a new option in order processing when you select order status "sent" or "delivered" in the drop-down menu. You will get an option that says: yes please, print label. Here are all the shipping methods you have available in your Profrakt agreement and you choose which shipping product you want to use. When you update the order, the label comes out (as long as you have an associated sky printer) and the tracking number is automatically saved on the order to the customer.

You can route the various shipping methods that you show to your customers in the checkout to a given shipping product in order processing.

You do this with the following setting under Configuration > Shipping methods > Select shipping method > Advanced options:

Install the shipping methods you want to offer

This is done by navigating to "Configuration" > "Shipping methods" in your control panel. If you want to offer a fixed shipping price, you can choose to install the shipping methods you want, for example "Fixed shipping" or "Shipping based on weight/price", but if you want to link the shipping method to your agreement prices, you must install one or more of the following shipping methods from Postnord or Bring.

How to show your agreement prices at checkout

If you want to show your agreement prices, without markup, to your customers, you can easily activate this in a menu on the same page where you set up your shipping methods.
