Price Adjustment

Learn how to offer special prices to members by adjusting prices globally for a customer group or directly on the product page.

1: Directly on the Customer Group

To do this, either click on "Customer Group" on the customer club's landing page, or navigate to "Orders/Customers > Customer Groups" via the main menu.

Here you can do a bulk edit of the customer group price/member price. You can filter by category and/or manufacturer.

Member prices can be adjusted according to the following rules

End customer price excl. VAT

Procurement price

Current member price/customer group price

Optionally other customer group prices (if several customer groups have been created)

2: Directly on the Product Page

On the product page, you have access to a new field called "Prices for customer groups". This allows you to enter custom prices for the customer group at the product level.
