Price Adjustment for Customer Club Members

How to adjust prices via the customer group

This method is best suited when you want to change prices on many products at once.

1. Go to Customer Club → Customer Group → Manage
2. Enable Change prices on products
3. Select Base prices from — this determines which price the adjustment is calculated from
4. Select How — this determines the adjustment method (e.g. "Deduct by percentage")
5. Enter the desired value in the How much field
6. Use the filters All categories and All manufacturers to narrow down which products are affected
7. Click Save changes

Base prices from

The "Base prices from" dropdown determines which price the adjustment is calculated from:

• End customer price (excl. VAT) — The regular selling price without value-added tax
• Purchase price — The purchase price of the product
• Current group price (excl. VAT) — The existing member price/customer group price
• Current sale price (excl. VAT) — The current sale price of the product

How

The "How" dropdown determines the adjustment method:

• Deduct by percentage — Reduce the price by a percentage of the base price
• Deduct by amount — Reduce the price by a fixed amount
• Add by percentage — Increase the price by a percentage of the base price
• Add by amount — Increase the price by a fixed amount

Filter

The filters are used to determine which products are affected by the price change. You can filter by category, manufacturer or both. The default selection is "All categories" and "All manufacturers", which affects all products.

Tip: Member prices on selected products

If only specific products should have a member price, you can simplify the process by placing these products in a separate category first. Use bulk editing and select Add when placing the products in the new category — this way they also keep their existing categories.

How to adjust price directly on the product page

This method is suitable when you want to set a member price on individual products.

1. Open the product you want to change
2. Find the Prices for customer groups field
3. Enter the desired price for the "Customer Club" customer group
4. Click Save changes

How to remove a member price

Remove all member prices at once

1. Go to Customer Club → Customer Group → Manage
2. Click Reset prices at the bottom left
3. Confirm that you want to remove all custom member prices

Reset member price via the customer group

1. Go to Customer Club → Customer Group → Manage
2. Select End customer price (excl. VAT) in the Base prices from field
3. Select an adjustment method in the How field
4. Enter 0 in the How much field
5. Click Save changes

Good to know

• Member prices are not the same as campaigns or sales. They apply permanently for logged-in Customer Club members and are managed via the customer group.
• Price adjustments via the customer group only affect products that match the selected filter (category/manufacturer). Other products remain unchanged.
• Resetting prices is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Changes to member prices take effect immediately after saving.
