Klaviyo offers a comprehensive suite of services that helps businesses leverage email marketing as a powerful tool for customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Email Marketing Automation: Klaviyo enables businesses to create and automate marketing campaigns via email. Users can set up personalized email flows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart recovery emails, post-purchase follow-ups, and more. Automation helps engage customers at the right time with relevant content, increasing customer retention and conversion rates.
Segmentation and Targeting: Klaviyo offers robust segmentation features that allow businesses to divide their email list into specific segments based on customer behavior, demographics, purchase history, and other criteria. This enables highly targeted and personalized email campaigns, resulting in improved engagement and conversion rates.
Personalization: Personalization is a key feature of Klaviyo. Installation
First and foremost, the Klaviyo extension must be installed in the control panel.
Activation of extension
To access this functionality, it must first be activated through extensions.
After the extension is activated, you must enter API keys from Klaviyo. These can be found in administration in Klaviyo under Settings > Account > API keys
.
Add API keys
In the extension, the keys must be entered in the following fields:

Are you using the America template?
If your store is on the America template, you should double-check in design settings that the key is added:
Go to "Design settings"
Activate "Advanced settings" and search for Klaviyo
Open the "Advanced settings" tab and confirm that Klaviyo service Api key is added
Settings
In the extension, there are some settings that you must configure.
Customer club
When activated, the following settings transfer information about whether the end customer is a member of the customer club and whether the end customer has any bonus points. This allows retailers to easily segment customers in Klaviyo.
Activate customer club parameter: Adds a parameter in Klaviyo that shows whether the customer is a member of the customer club.
Customer club text: Text that appears on the customer club parameter in Klaviyo. Nb! No spaces. If this field is empty, the parameter will be called CustomerClub
Activate bonus points parameter: Adds a parameter in Klaviyo that shows how many bonus points the customer has
Bonus points text: Text that appears on the bonus points parameter in Klaviyo. Nb! No spaces. If this field is empty, the parameter will be called BonusPoints.
