Related products

Related products allow you to show your customers products that you consider relevant, which can lead to increased sales or help customers find what they are looking for more easily. The products will be displayed under the product description on the product page.

How it works

When you edit a product in the control panel, you will see a separate field for related products towards the bottom of the page. Here you can add any product by searching for it in the dropdown menu or using the search field.

The search field gives you several options:

Click the product name: This adds the product and closes the search result. You must then click "Add" or "Add to both products".

"Add": This adds the related product in the background but does not close the search result. You can continue to add related products without re-searching.

"Cross-connect": This cross-connects the products so that the product you are changing gets a related product, in addition to the product you are changing being added as a related product on the one you select in the dropdown menu. The search result remains open, so you can add more related products.

Add to both products

This feature cross-connects the products with each other. For example, if you are on "T-shirt Green" and add "T-shirt Red" as a related product, the green T-shirt will also be added as a related product inside the red T-shirt.

Copy from

To simplify the handling of several similar products, you can copy related products from another product. This makes it easier to create related products without repeating the process manually.
